Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Forge Civic Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
