Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Care Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
