Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Keystone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Minneapolis working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
