Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Pike Manufacturing is a Milwaukee manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
