Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Amber Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
