Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
