Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Drift Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Miami. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
