Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Memphis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
