Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
