Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
