Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Basin Care Services provides in-home and community support in Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
