Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Bright Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Memphis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
