Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sparrow Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
