Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Nova Cedar Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
