Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Memphis area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
