Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
