Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Union Farms is an agricultural business based around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
