Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Memphis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
