Cedar Amber Insurance Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
