Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Orchard Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
