Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Nova Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Madison. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
