Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Madison, WI)

Silverline Kestrel Property Management is a Madison property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
