Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight Amber Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
