Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Loom Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
