Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Juniper Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
