Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath River Markets Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
