Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Auto Group is a Las Vegas company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 881 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
