Silverline Amber Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
