Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Haven Early Learning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
