Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Drift Civic Services works with county and city offices around Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
