Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Bright Medical is a Kansas City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
