Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Bright Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Kansas City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
