Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cobalt Property Management and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
