Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Property Management is a Kansas City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
