Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
