Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Fox Community Partners is a nonprofit in Kansas City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 719 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
