Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Lakeside Freight Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
