Bluepeak Nest Markets is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
