Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Kestrel Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
