Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
