Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Hospitality and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
