Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Granite Press Associates is a printer and publisher in Jackson serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 546 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
