Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Ivory Foods Group is a Jackson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 526 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
