Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jackson area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
