Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Mill Energy and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
