Highbridge Sable Press Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
