Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 222 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
