Highbridge Maple Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
