Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Oak Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
