Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Summit Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
